EXCHANGE & RETURNS

All sale items under our SALE collection are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Orders made during a Sale period are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Our exchange and returns policy lasts 30 days.

We will only replace the item if it is defective or damaged. We will assess the fault upon the return of the item(s) and reserve the right to reject any request. To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be not used, altered or washed and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. As resolutions/colours of displayed images may differ on various devices and have been calibrated as closely to the actual products as possible, we will not accept any exchanges based on the difference in colours between actual products received and displayed images.  

For local returns, item(s) will need to be returned within 30 working days from the date of purchase. 
For international returns, all return queries must be made within 21 days from date of shipping. For all returns, do allow another 7 working days for the exchange to be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Do consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
